About these terms

These terms govern your use of the REMUX Transport website and any quote or enquiry you submit through it. REMUX Transport is a trading style of Maine Couriers.

Quotes & bookings

Quotes are provided on the basis of the information you give us and are confirmed before any driver is dispatched. A booking is only accepted once we confirm it. Prices may change if the actual job differs from the details quoted (for example, weight, size, distance or waiting time).

Our service

We provide dedicated same-day, overnight and specialist transport and courier services. We take all reasonable care to collect and deliver on time, but quoted timings are estimates and not guarantees unless expressly agreed in writing.

Goods we carry

You are responsible for ensuring goods are properly packaged and lawful to transport. We may refuse or return any consignment that is unsafe, illegal, or not as described. Certain prohibited and restricted goods cannot be carried — ask us if you are unsure.

Insurance & liability

Goods-in-transit insurance applies to every job up to standard limits; higher-value cover is available on request and must be agreed before collection. Our liability is limited to the terms of that cover and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Payment

Charges are payable as agreed at the time of booking or, for account customers, under the terms of the account. Late payment may incur interest in accordance with applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
